TSL Systems also announces expansion of structured cabling service
TSL Systems will be demonstrating its lifecycle support services at B.V.E 2017 on stand H15, combining asset management, risk assessment and warranty management, together with a support portal to keep its customers up to date with the latest software and firmware updates. Broadcasters cannot afford to have any studio downtime, so this service package helps cover that eventuality, and is an option chosen by many different facilities.
A leading supplier of lifecycle services for the broadcast and AV industries, TSL Systems has worked on a number of high profile projects, including acting as System Integrators for Marjan Television Networks’ new facility at Wimbledon Studios, London.
Robert Le Merle, MTN Broadcast Operations Director, commented, “Since the opening of our new facility, TSL Systems provides technical support for our systems. Studio and post facilities constantly evolve in reaction to the demands of production, however, we only have a small in-house tech team. Knowing that TSL are up-to-date with our systems provides reassurance but also allows me to temporarily scale-up engineering resources and swiftly implement change projects, whilst keeping op-ex costs low.”
With 30 years’ experience, TSL Systems’ technical and commercial knowledge is second-to-none, regardless of project scale, providing its customers with an integrated solution and truly independent advice. The service it offers ensures companies are kept on the air and fully operational when it matters most.
“We recognise that, as our industry changes, so we have to change too,” said Roger Henderson, CEO of TSL Systems. “And keeping ourselves relevant to the needs of our expanding customer base is important; hence our focus not just on projects but on the customer service side of the business sector. The breadth of what we can now offer is fantastic.”
